  1.    AlexJ reacted to a post in a topic: 4.7.16 Vulnerabilities - Addressed in 4.7.17?
  2. Ah okay. Thanks for the quick response. Since the contact form only listed sales/billing I assumed this was where I should go.
  3. Hi, I recently had to restore a site and noticed some log entries referencing applications/core/interface/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/ related to malicious activity and I see that was reported as a possible vulnerability. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-30162 There was also another report for a SQL injection. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-30163 Were these addressed in 4.7.17? Thanks
  4. Hi Jim, Sorry missed the notification for this reply. The access details have been updated. Would appreciate the assistance trying to resolve this issue. Thank you
  5. This is another that had the same issue and did double charge when it reached the expiration date of the Gold Annual subscription on Jan 29th even though it was downgraded to Bronze Annual days before.
  6. This is all the history that the forum seems to have for that customer. Appears the silver annual expired and they renewed later as Gold Monthly.
  7. Customer upgraded their subscription from a monthly to yearly, but the expiration date is still showing for the monthly. Are they going to get charged again when the expire date is reached? Is having it set to "Difference between the renewal prices pro rata." for upgrades/downgrades the reason? ver 4.7.4 Thanks
