Hi, I'm looking to manage the max devices logged in the same time a way to disconnect any other device when a user log in. so there will never be 2 devices logged in in the same time for specific groups (selectable in the groups settings) and another option, select how many devices is allowed, and when ever the amount is reacted, the next login will show a page "what device do you want to disconnect?" with the list or logged in devices with a button "disconnect" the moment a device is disconnected a popup jump and say "you have been disconnected, please reconnect" ( and show the "login details" and officers, a way to change the language in the "language" page in the board. thank you.
  2. Hi every one. I am looking for a way to do this: when a member logs in from a device, all the other devices will be logout automatically, only 1 device is allowed to be log-in in every given time. is there any way to accomplish that? thanks.
  3. if I complete the setup (after it fails) I'm able to set "name" in the mapping and in the screenshot before I have the scope on "email" to be able to use it, i must buy the premium in order to set the "Email" attribute? thanks.
  4. Hi i have installed "miniOrange OAuth Single Sign On" on my WordPress. i have created a WordPress OAuth Clients in my IPS. I got the clients, AUTH endpoint and so on. and configured the plugin in the WordPress side. when i get to the test OAuth connection it fails. WP side: IPS side: any ideas? thanks.
  5. Hi, I'm trying to give specific groups permission for specific departments in the support. I was unable to locate the open ticket permissions. I want to create a support department only for members, and a department for different groups that i set who can open in that department thanks.
  6. hi, I have a problem. I have set the contact us button to create a new support request. if a member contact me, I do not have any problem since I get all the member details. when a guest contact me, in the contact us 2 additional field's are shown. "Name" "Mail" and message in the support ticket, only the mail and message are shown, and the "name" despaired. P.S is there any option on adding additional Felds to the support form? Thank you

  8. hi, I'm trying to add html code in the middle of the WYSIWYG editor block, and its not showing as it should be (html code source) is there any way to make the block recognize html? thanks.

Hi, I have tryd to add buttons/tools to CKeditor. most of the buttons "brake" all oter tools in the ckeditor. and in order to get them back i need to restore to the default ckeditor. buttons in the acp i have tryid to add , Ajax Data Loading, Paste Tools and after finishing adding the plugin this happens: until i restore to default thanks.
  10. thank you. the "all permission" are to high, i gave it full access and not enterprise access and now it works.
