    This was the setting with: $INFO['sql_utf8mb4'] = true; ? Makes no impact. Is there a documentation on how to use it correct?

    Whats the secret behind UTF-8 conversion? I have tried several conversions , as mentioned here in this thread. My version 3 ist always in utf8_gerneral_ci, after conversion using the tool to utf8_unicode_ci all contents are in the bad character sets Example: http://test.jet-hangar.de/
