Thank you very much ! after another check of the error message, i just realized that the index.php was in the admin folder, not in the root. I forgot that i had rename the admin folder in the past... which prevented the files in the admin folder from being replaced with the upgrade files. After correcting that, the upgrade is complete. Hello, I have the same issue, and when I upload successfully the files it pointed out a problem with the index.php file. I uploaded again the file, it worked well but the problem still here : then I set the permissions of the index.php as 666 but nothing changed. What did I do wrong ? thank you very much !

I got this type of error, when I try to award somebody, but it seems to change a bit depending of the award. Not sure if I'm clear...

@Cyboman well said. thank you @Adriano Faria Vey, very good news ! Thanks for your help. For me, the first issue is that a newly created award don't keep his title and leave it blank. The award is created but without a title. So it's nearly impossible to select it when I want to award somebody. The problem is not about a dev who have no time to work on a project. The problem is about a non-working app, still online on the shop, with customers who spend money on a useless pile of bytes. The IPS marketplace staff support should at least deactivate the sell of this app. After 5 days, still no news from the IPS marketplace support.

Yes. I contacted the IPB support about the non-answering of the dev members but they don't answer either. Everybody's in holidays ? (irony inside)

Sorry to read this, man, we all have this problem and the dev doesn't answer since months. DON'T BUY this app, it is NON-FONCTIONNAL on IPS 4 !!! Read the comments above !!

Same errors for me. Very disapointed to see after my buy that a lot of customer had get the same problem since months and that nothing have been done yet. I asked PayPal to be refunded.
