  1. Thanks for the tip Gary... I tried clearing the system caches but still the same result. BTW, there are no errors in the system logs Invision manages the DNS records.
  2. BTW, I can access the Admin portal without issue.
  3. We have not made any recent administration or configuration changes on the site. When the accessing the home url www.cpica.ca, we get a blank page. When looking at the source, after the <head> tag, there is a body tag with classes "ipsApp ipsApp_front psJS_none ipsClearfix" The html appears to be building the main menu but doesn't display it. I can certainly provide the html source that I'm seeing if it would help. At 5:29 ET today, I did receive a notification of a new content summary that had been posted. At 5:49 ET I received the first member message that the site was down. At 6:02 ET I confirmed that the community site was down
  4. The system log shows 17 errors during/after the upgrade. 8 of them display "upgrade_error" - "IPS\File\Exception (3) ServiceUnavailable no tomes available CANNOT WRITE" the above errors are after the following errors: 3 logs: "javascript" - "IPS\File\Exception (3) ServiceUnavailable: CPU too busy CANNOT WRITE "template_store_missing" - "Template sotre key:template_0_07d4cac51a1499786921b8471f7e65f8_dashboad missing ...." "uncaught_exception" - "ErrrorException: template_store_missing (0) #0 /var/www/html/107786/applications/gallery/extensions/core/Dashboard/Overview.php (61) I can provide more detail from the logs if necessary
  5. During the upgrade from v4.7.18 to v4.7.19, the upgrade process was interrupted by the following error message: CANNOT_WRITE /var/www/html/107786/system/File/Amazon.php::328 After 'Retry' attempts failed (coming back the same error message, I was able to 'Continue' with the upgrade. It did finish to completion; however, is this upgrade error during the process one of concern? Thanks, Mike
  6. The image was posted back in 2015, were those images being stored on the AWS network at that time? Even if it was manually linked, could the image still be in existence?
  7. The link remained behind; however, the image no longer displays. The image was a book cover for the Smith Falls Police Service. Here is a link to the image that is missing: http://cpica.invisionconnect.com/uploads/gallery/category_35/gallery_1_35_12233.jpg The actual record url is: https://cpica.ca/topic/123-ca-on-smiths-falls-police-history/#comment-163 The issue was brought to my attention as the other url on the record is broken and needed to be updated. (I have left it as is for the moment) Can you have a look to see if the image could be restored? Thanks for any insight you have.
  8. This issue appears to have resolved itself.
  9. www.cpica.ca v 4.7.1 After recently upgrading to v 4.7.1, we are getting a warning that the search engine is not returning full search results. There is a message above the search bar that states 'The search index is processing (see image below). Current results may not be complete'. The problem is that the indexing never finishes and seems to be in an inactive state. The status of the index has remained 'currently processing' since the upgrade. There are also some system 'uncaught exceptions' that may help identify the issue (see image below) Can you please have a look for database/index errors on the server? Thanks, Mike
  10. We also had no way of submitting a ticket when the outage occurred. There should be an alternative way to create a ticket in cases like this because, at the time, I had no way of knowing if the issue was just related to our site, or to the community itself. I did find the status.invisioncommunity.com to be helpful but I think we should still have been able to submit a ticket. Thanks to the support team to getting things back online.
