Hi @Jim M - I have confirmed I can connect to the SQL etc. OK now, the question is how I get the site back to life so I can re-attempt the upgrade. I can do a restore, but I would rather not unless I have to!

Hi all! My community and admin pages are giving an Error 500 after an upgrade broke part way through ('SQL server has gone away' for some reason). Any tips on how to recover the upgrade / restart? Thanks, P

I get a page not found error when I press 'delete all accounts' to OK all requests, is this a known issue? It tries to go to https://www.mysite.com/requests/delete-all-accounts/&wasConfirmed=1 Thanks Actually, is delete all accounts delete ALL accounts or action all requests? I would like a way to action all requests at once. P
