    Well I managed to reorder tags anyway. I went into the phpMyAdmin
    I went into forums_forums table, I found the forum with the tags I need to reorder.
    Then I find column tag_predefined and edit it and I reorder them as I wish and save.
    Nothing breaks down all works nicely after that.
