When will I start showing up as an Active Customer? also, how do I assign the board URL my IPB will live at? I hit "Your Tickets" and it asked to assign the URL, is that all that I had to do or is there a specific step to assigning the board URL? :)

Is this considered during "work" hours? it's 10:00 AM where I am. Not sure about over there... Edit: Was able to download the files! off to convert my vB! :D

How long does it usually take before I can download the software and Converter tools? :) It says the payment has been received, just wondering my ETA so I can plan out my board's downtime for the conversion. :)

Yeah I do man. :P I remember using some of your mods on my old forums way back in the day. :) This is gonna be awesome getting Intouch with Invision again. :) Should be ready to order the license tomorrow :)

I know I won't. I've used IPB 1.x in the past and LOVED it. I love vB too but i hate what they're doing to it, so I'm jumpin ship back to good ol' Invision. :D and I will hopefully remain here for years to come! :D I remember whem Bfarber was just a modder at IBPlaent, now he's staff at Invision haha. Man times have flown by :D

Say i were to buy a perpetual license off someone who currently owns one, would I be able to change it so that its in my name and not theirs? What are some of the risks of buying a 2nd hand license? I've gotten an offer for one for $300, but I don't have that kind of money, I'm a bit unsure, I planned on buying the standard for $150 this wensday once my paypal clears the extra $50 I need to do so.... Please advise.

If you can wait, I would wait til atleast 3.0.0 RC2 or RC3 or even a PF or Final version of 3.0.0 before using it. The upgrade guide will obviously be updated for upgrading from 2.3.6 to 3.0.0 and it shouldnt be all that hard either. :)

Umm no, thats what Jelsoft/IB is doing for vBulletin 4 which is why i'm making the leap over to IPB3 in the very near future! :D
