  1. Yes any standard purchase made through the Commerce app.
  2. Yes that's correct. Forms have their own separate custom fields. If you want customization to this app, please PM me.
  3. Yes no reported problems. 1) Have you setup the Commerce integration/settings? 2) Points and logs are viewed from the front end, not admin cp.
  4. Yes it supports most IPS applications, including the Pages app.
  5. Check acp > members tab > groups > edit group > social tab > messages section. Do you have any restrictions for members sending messages? Edit: Please note your subscription and support for this product has expired. Support is only offered to active subscriptions.
  6. I'm not 100% sure on what you are trying to do there, so have sent you a PM with a link to the demo board so you can play around with the app. Just let me know if you have any more questions.
  7. I will be looking into Commerce integration to include stripe support as well. But that's an extra $100 now and costs a lot more now for users who really just need basic Paypal support. Yes but might be some time before I can add this feature. If you want it done sooner, feel free to PM me to request a custom quote to add this.
  8. Does that member have all the required permissions to reply? Just did a quick test form and it's showing a reply form.

  13. New update released pending approval that fixes a few minor issues and a crucial fix for how member group permissions are loaded. Recommend upgrading immediately.

  15. Are you using the latest version? I've recently updated this to fix some permissions issues.
  16. Do you mean within the unread content section? Can you clarify how they are not read?

  21. As I mentioned in my reply just above yours, I'm only supporting basic html5 videos in this app. There is no compression or transcoding, it just uploads the file straight to the server. Any videos hosted by Youtube won't count to your own diskspace. It's basically just an embed and bit of code, no actual video will be uploaded to your server.
  22. Would you be able to PM me a copy of the mp4 file so I can test with it? You going to have some issues with display videos that aren't html5 friendly. I've really only included basic support for html5 video and the Videos app is primarily geared towards embeds like YouTube instead.
  23. The only reason I want to avoid that is some people may set the value to high and overload some slower servers. Do you need instructions to speed it up in your instance or can you just wait until it catches up?
  24. It's set to lock 50 topics each time the task runs. You can manually increase this number until it's caught up if you want? Otherwise the task will just continue to run in the background until it's caught up with all the topics that need to be locked.
  25. Can you try uninstalling and then re-installing again please? It looks like the template bit for the filters didn't get setup properly. Possibly try rebuilding the system cache as well in acp > system tab > get support > clear system cache.
