Unable to Add Prefix from Moderator Action Bar

When using the Moderator Action Bar (Inline Moderation Menu), I am unable to add a prefix to a topic. While adding tags works correctly, attempting to set a prefix does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Select a topic using inline moderation.

• Click on "Tag/Add Tag".

• Choose one or more tags.

• Set one tag as a prefix and hit save.

• Observe that the prefix does not appear, while the tags are applied successfully.
