Page Editor: "Block Pad" and "Inline Pad" Do Not Work

These two options don't seem to work at all in the Page Editor. Couldn't see an entry for this bug, but feel free to call it a dupe if it's already been reported.

On macOS 15.1.1 using Chrome Version 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (arm64), but issue also occurs in desktop Safari.

    So it still occurs on an unaltered theme, but I think I figured it out.

    Those options DO work when applied against an 'area' layout (i.e. multiple widgets stacked together, in either a 'brick', 'grid', 'center' layout etc), but they don't in the instance I showed above... because I'm trying to apply it to a widget ('Tagged Content') and not an area.

    Whenever I click on any other widget (Image, Media, Club etc) those two options ('block pad' and 'inline pad') do not appear at all. So I think this is a case of, these two options are appearing when a 'Tagged Content' widget block is selected, when they shouldn't be.

    So, still a bug, but just a slightly different one. :)
