Previously, with v4.x, I could add html to the rules section of a forum.

After upgrading to v5.x I can no longer see the html there, it is blank. Yet the html still displays within the forum(s). In turn, I can no longer edit said code, nor remove it if I wanted.

This is not desirable.

Can you please provide some screenshots? I can't see any issues with this, so perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.

Apologies for the delay, I didn't see your reply because I wasn't quoted and I hadn't followed this bug.

Additionally, I took some time after I did see the response/request, because the html was not running the script for some reason, though it had been previously on v5. I suspected this was because of something on the providers side, of which, happens occasionally.

To this end, I can not see the script running from the rules section of a Forum at this point. However, I do see the attribution so I know the script is still there. Again, I cannot edit the script because the ability to edit html/source has been removed.

Also, I do see the actual script running in at the top of a thread, via a message. Again, there is no way to edit this which needs to be done because part of the script has changed and is not displaying all elements.

I know it's probably not going to happen but I would really like to have the ability to utilize html again. I use it in a good number of ways and it is currently preventing me from upgrading another site (which I would love to do).
