Hello,

Normal member creates an event with an image. The image displays correctly to all other members.
Non-member ("not logged in") can view the text of the event but gets a broken link for the image.

Actually, we have a "Supporters" group that has the same permissions as "Guest" and Supporters have the same issue as "Guests" so it is not really an issue with "not logged in" but rather an issue of permissions.

I had presumed that it would be a permission for "can download attachments" but it appears that events do not have such a permission. I can't work it out!
