Reproed on both v4 (my site) and v5 (here).

If you go to https://invisioncommunity.com/profile/536475-colonel_mortis/solutions/ (either directly or by clicking the link from a profile), then click the "View profile" button at the top, the URL changes but the content does not change.

On v4 I think it also happens with the badges page, but that one seems to have been fixed in v5.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
