Im sure this can be fixed in a simple Admin CP setting, but i cannot for the life of me find where to allow members to upload attachments while replying to a topic on my forum. I have looked all over ADmin cp, group settings, editor, posting settings.

What am I missing?

ACP->Members->Groups->Edit particular group->Content->Can upload attachments?
