Hello all,

I'm currently trialling a store on the new version 5, on a demo forum, in preparation for when we upgrade ours.

The goal is to reward users for their engagement by allowing them to use their hard-earned points to purchase merchandise in the store. I can't find any settings which allow me to change to Points Based Purchases or convert points to "Store credits" etc, am I looking in the wrong place or would we need a third-party tool?

I'm also finding it hard to find any resources for learning more about Store if anybody can point me in the right direction?

You would need a 3rd party tool in which to do this. There is no functionality for a points purchase within the software

Do you know how I would go about looking for this? is there a place where I can find somebody who could do it? or a developer community of some sort? Do you happen to know if it's definitely a do-able task? sorry for all the questions.
