How does filtering by ranks and achievements work?

For example, if I select 1 badge and 1 rank, does the user need to have both the rank and the badge to be promoted?

If I select multiple badges, e.g., 2, and the user has only 1 of them but also holds the required title, will they still be promoted?

And what if the user only has the title but no badges will they be promoted as well?

The system would filter the users who match your given context there. It would be an AND scenario so they would need to have all the items you specify.

I recently received information that the group promotion system does not allow specifying AND, and when selecting two badges in filtering, having just one of them is enough for the user to be promoted. Unless I’m misunderstanding something?

That would be between badges. Whereas, this is between badges AND rank. So it is like saying (Badge A OR Badge B) AND (Rank A OR Rank B)
