Promotion group - requiments

Hi, I wanted to introduce a small change to the group promotion system. We would like to have the ability to specify whether a given setting is required to achieve group promotions, especially when it comes to titles and badges. I believe that implementing such a system would give us significantly more possibilities, allowing us to integrate the badge and title system with the group promotion system, creating a unified structure.
