Private Messages

This module of app can be enhanced? would be good option for us to enhance our private comunication with specific groups of customers:

1. Ability to set which group can use it. Enable or Disable this for groups.

2. Ability to enable Start new message and Receive message. Example enable Group A can Start new message to X groups or X users.

3. Add automation flow inside the Messages, I would like use it to build our customers service channel, adding automation tools integration, outside app or inside app would let us to create an ecosystem of communication.
