I just updated to version 5. I have a question about the pages - blocks - plugins

Now the feeds I created show pictures if there is a picture integrated in the posts which are displayed. But on many posts I don't have any pictures and this does not look too great - you can check here https://www.hanspeterkruesi.com/

Is there a way that the newsfeed just gets displayed with the title, the text and the link as on version 4 ?

Go to the page editor, select the block, click on the icon at the bottom, and we have a great little checkbox for just that purpose :)

Ok - that worked on the page itself - but it did now work on the streames embedded on other websites. Or is it a matter of time till the newsstream gets recached ?

If its not refreshed its data yet, then likely. Also ensure you dont have CSS cached on those other sites
