One of my users has reported that the Media Picker on his Android phone defaults to the Alphabetical sort for the images. He mentioned that this only happens on my site. He can change it to date-based, but then it reverts back to the other order. I have not experienced this myself. Does Invision somehow control the order? Is there something i can ask him to do to change the order permanently?

I am not able to reproduce this myself. Generally, the software will not provide an order of the media on the device, it generally can just specify what files appear but does not impact the sort.

That would likely be the default for Android when opening from web. We don't really change that (or can).
