Is it some settings or ...? Mean - Categories horizontal line - and forum name with grid picture (left) and on right side topics?

Thanks - how change colours for categories - line colours ❓

Go into the ACP and choose the forum categories, then change the color to your liking. However, this doesn't show on the front page; it will show on the forum feed when you click the categories.

I'm still playing with v5 myself, but it looks like you will need some CSS to do this.
