Is possible make it like carrusel before where that arrows are placed on the image area?

I think you would need to target the blocks CSS directly to make the changes you wish.

Alternatively, if you have the Pages app. You could create a block based on the default carousel and customise the default template to how you would prefer. If you are not familiar with coding, there's a chance posting in the customisation forums might see you get the help you need.
