Is there a way to turn of HTML posting for example in this box that I am typing in right now? Or actually what the problem is, alot of people copy and paste something from another place on the web, and instead of just TEXT paste, it copies all the HTML garb with it...

I have this SETTING turned off for MEMBERS, however it doesn't seemed to stop the HTML code for getting into the post.

You can turn off the rich style paste for the edit by going to ACP -> Customizations -> Editor -> Settings -> Paste Behavior -> "Always paste as plain text."
