I tried with my other member Account send private Message to me Admin. And there is one error: "Your inbox is full. You must delete some messages before you can send any more.But it s not true, Inbox is not full.

 

Account you used to send the MP not either ?

I would need your access details up to date, and to know who you are sending from/to so we can take a look at that
