On our old board we where able to insert mycode (shortcodes to format things) now we need to use the CKEditor toolbars, which is perfectly fine but there is a annoying limitation and I'm wondering if anyone found a way around it. 

When creating a custom button you can add a option, but no way to add 2 or even 3 options so you can prefill all info instantly. 
What I would like to insert as an option are Picture and Title for our monthly updates, it shows an avatar of one of our team members and title of the subject they are talking about. 

Creating the HTML for it isn't a problem but I would like to have the 2 options in the popup so our team members don't have to edit anything afterwards. 

So if anyone knows a way around the 1 option limit, would love to know! 

 

You would be best creating (or getting someone to create) a plugin, which is built for that specific purpose, to be honest. I cant see any simple way in which you are going to achieve this in the way you describe.
