The last update we made was 4.7.16, over time some problems appeared such as not seeing the flags or not being able to access certain functions.
Now we see the 4.7.18 update that includes 4.7.17 and when we want to do it it doesn't go beyond the first step where it stays indefinitely.
How to solve it?

Are you able to share a video of the process? do you see any error messages at all?
