Is there a way to block spammers registering with email addresses like "de.nis.e.go.mez.19.8070@gmail.com"?  

Email addresses using periods in weird places all go to the same gmail address as if those periods didn't exist but often registration systems treat them as unique. My old system did so spammers abused this. Does Invision have a way to stop it?
