Everytime I try to download my list of members I only get like 30-40 rows instead of the full list. I have checked all of the filters and it seems to just be downloading the members on the first page of the list. 

There has to be a way to download the whole thing in one swoop right? I have almost 2000 people in here.

I can't reprodcue ths on my installation.

Have you reviewed the filters? Anything which would cause that some are filtered out?
