Camille Rodriguez Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Hi! Is there a standart method to reset the token in case a member have lost an access to OAuth endpoint?
Marc Posted July 29 Posted July 29 You could remove their integration with a 3rd party from their profile in the admin Cp
Camille Rodriguez Posted July 29 Author Posted July 29 (edited) I have no control on it. Did I configure something wrong? By the way every member have this sign "Reauthorization required" and everything works fine. Edited July 29 by Camille Rodriguez
Marc Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Sorry, we should go back here a little. What issue is it you are actually trying to resolve? If its showing that, then the user will simply have to reauthorize when they next try to log in
Camille Rodriguez Posted July 30 Author Posted July 30 1 hour ago, Marc said: have to reauthorize when they next try to log in It doesn't help. 1 hour ago, Marc said: What issue is it you are actually trying to resolve? It seems that these two problems have the same cause. However, the main question is how to remove the integration, as I have no control over it in the admin cp.
Marc Posted July 30 Posted July 30 It would be more helpful to know exactly what it is you have done and what is happening, in order for us to be able to assist you. It may simply be you are going about things the wrong way here. For example, have you change an oauth key for something? Trying to set up a new one? Removed and readded something? What exactly is happening when the user attempts to log in?
Camille Rodriguez Posted July 31 Author Posted July 31 I've added new login method (Other OAuth 2.0) and disabled standard login method. Everything works fine, members can login but I see this sign (Reauthorization required) and can't reset integration (in case member delete OAuth account and created new one for example).
Marc Posted July 31 Posted July 31 Im not sure what it is you are trying to delete. What happens when that member tried to log in?
