Posted April 12, 2024Apr 12 Hello, i been trying to send some bulk mails to my users but seems like it doenst send anything not even to myself, it was working few months ago and if i use the "test email" it does work and im also receiving the community mails such as purchases, validations etc. just not bulk mails and there are no errors on the logs about it
April 12, 2024Apr 12 You would want to check the email errors in ACP -> System -> Email Settings for any failure reports which are causing emails not to be sent or the software connecting to your email server. Anything which is not reported there may be a delivery failure from your email service.
