Commerce - Display custom Customer field data on Invoice page?

Is it possible to somehow show customer Customer field information on the Invoice page? It's very inconvenient when you have to check multiple pages to gather all the required data to ship the merch?

There is no other way in which to check those other than from the customer themselves, as its related to the customer, not to the invoice
