Not sure about other community managers, but we generally find that the search function is very inaccurate and doesn't really load up relevant search results. Are there plans to modernise this with new technology? 

I would need examples of what you are seeing, and what you would like to see in order to advise on this one really. What you are seeing could simply be a bug, or it could be something you can do in another way for example
