Some features missing

Hello everyone, 

I just install version  4.7.11.1

I've seen 2 things in the documentation that interest me. 
Courses and lessons and lives topics with a streaming option. 

However, when I go into my system, I don't see any options as indicated. 
I don't have the Course section in my adminCP. 
and in my moderation module, I don't have the LiveTopic option. 

Why don't I see this? 
Is this an old version that no longer exists?

They are Cloud only features, so if you are self-hosted you won't be able to get them.

If you are Cloud hosted then you may not be on a plan that allows you to use them.

It's a bad thing that sefl-hosted doesn't have access to this feature :(
