Hello, does invision have a commerce blacklist system for purchase, to blacklist users's ip and email address for anyone who refunded the payment on the website preventing fraud payments in the future?

We dont, however you could simply ban an IP address from the system entirely or if they are a member maybe move them to another group that has no access? Of course, there are options such as maxmind you could use fro fraud prevention also.
