For whatever reason a couple days ago my website started doing this

 

Whenever I try to access your site (http://dividenetworks.com), I get a 502 error.  That's a server issue...  nginx is not able to get a proper response from Apache most likely.  You'll want to work with your host on that.  

EDIT...  after refreshing the page, I now see the IPB installer loading.  So it looks like you're moving in the right direction.  

Looks to be loading fine on this end. Assuming you managed to get the issue resolved?
