It is not possible to pay on the site using PayPal - shows the following error

I downloaded and installed the patch through the ACP but it still didn't solve the problem (The problem started after upgrading to 4.7.9)

 

What to do???

Update - the problem only occurs when adding a coupon code to a purchase.
Without a coupon everything works as usual....

Please could you let me know which coupon, and when this was attempted?

Give a 5% discount on the products on the site

(It is important to note that this is not the first time I have used coupons and in the past, everything was working properly....)

I also tried to set up a new coupon after installing the patch but still the same problem unfortunately
