Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
gamerhavoc Posted April 16, 2023 Posted April 16, 2023 After setting up crons job with my hosting, then trying the third party options none of these options worked. I contacted my hosting provider and am still having the same issues popping up someone please help. I contact support here they don’t wanna help either. After paying money for this script you think email support would be better.
Randy Calvert Posted April 16, 2023 Posted April 16, 2023 Have you asked your host to provide the cron logs to see what is going on? Also when making the change did you do as the error message says and dismiss it for a day? That message won’t just go away when it fixes. It only runs every so often. So unless you dismissed it and it came back after your change it may already be fixed. Also all support starts on these forums. If something requires advanced troubleshooting, staff will convert it to an email ticket for you. This is so others can learn about issues and find more fixes self service. It also lets other members chime in with their own experiences and help resolve things.
gamerhavoc Posted April 17, 2023 Author Posted April 17, 2023 Thank you for the comment it has shown up again 24 hours after my hosting sent me this the image I attached below to this post.
Jim M Posted April 17, 2023 Posted April 17, 2023 As mentioned by Randy, obtaining the cron logs for any errors being generated here is the next step if it is reappearing after dismissing. Additionally, please ensure the CRON command is running every minute.
