Posted April 7, 20231 yr Hi, I'm not sure why all my users have the same ip address instead of their individual ip address. Can anyone help?
April 7, 20231 yr Community Expert Are you sure those are all real members? That IP shows as being static IP associated with a data center. It’s also possible they’re using a VPN which would cause this.

April 7, 20231 yr Community Expert Solution I guess you’re using a proxy which is forwarding all traffic. Make sure to enable IP forwarding
