I am not sure how I did it, but when I enabled signatures, a while ago, I thought I had limited the height or something. However I did it, it didn't seem to work as one member has an image that is over 600 pixels high. Now, I cannot find out where I set up that height or other settings for signature.

Can you point me to the right direction?

Signature restrictions are set on a per-Group basis.

ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit the group -> Group Settings sub-tab -> Signatures subsection.
