Posted December 22, 20222 yr I want to customize postbit and show some custom data from an external database(mysql) by matching IPS Forum ID and user id from custom data(in external db). I tried to edit postContainer template and do this but I couldn't fetch data from the external db and match the ids etc. because there is a lot of PHP code requirement in order to do this. I know that I can use blocks to write multi line PHP code but if I use blocks then I can't pass the post author's forum id as a parameter. Can anyone help me about it?
