Gunnar Kristiansen Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 Hello For some reason nothing happens when I click the tabs in my members section. If I want to see validating members, nothing happens. The same goes for any other button, or if I try to search for an email. The interface is just dead! What can cause this? - I have just updated my board, but I had the problem before as well. - I have tried from both Safari and Chrome (mac). Thanks! Gunnar Kristiansen
Marc Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 The most common cause of this is when there is a 3rd party application which is adding something, that has broken. Please disable all 3rd party applications first of all, and test this again. If you are then still having the same problem, please let us know and we can take a closer look for you. Randy Calvert Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 (edited) Third party resources can impact different areas in unexpected ways. For example I had a spam plugin installed that cased a similar problem. I saw another plugin that used birthdays in a special way that did something as well. You would not think those sorts of plugins would impact showing a member list, but it can and does from first hand experience. Edited December 8, 2022 by Randy Calvert Gunnar Kristiansen 1
Gunnar Kristiansen Posted December 8, 2022 Author Posted December 8, 2022 The only thing I can think of, is Wordfence for my Wordpress page, but that is in the root, and the forum is in a /forum folder. Could that really be?
