Header and logo

Hello again.
We'd like to adjust the header to be less wide and fit the logo to the full length of the header...

And remove that blue background color so that only the logo can be seen.

That blue, we want to be removed.

Perhaps better white background for the header so that only the blue letters of our forum text can be seen.

But, how I do it?

Something similar to that of Invision... hehe

Something discreet and pretty.
