However there are tools that will convert to your CSV to XML. https://www.convertcsv.com/csv-to-xml.htm I would take an existing list however and convert it from XML to CSV so that you can see what format your CSV file needs to be in. https://www.convertcsv.com/xml-to-csv.htm
