Can we have check an email like google or hotmail exists before register or subsribe a plan? My website had a spam with a fake email like "spam@gmail.com", "test@gmail.com". 

You would need to set up so that items can only be registered by members, and set email validation on registration so the user has to validate their email address. It seems one of those is not switched on in your case
