Anyone know of an app/plugin for forcing reading of an announcement?

I found an old archived one but my marketplace searching didn't find something current.

You could use the new alert system

 

Good idea, I'm still a few plugins/apps off being updated so I can upgrade to 4.7 yet. Hopefully soon 🙂
