Give Team Members Right to give Users Lower 2nd Group Roles

Hello, I have the following problem, we have about 10 different team members in the forum, everyone should be categorized in such a way that they can downgrade the team members who are above them, or anything else.

I've now tried something and a supporter can withdraw the group from a system administrator, it shouldn't be like that.

Can someone help me there?

Sorry, I am a little confused by what you're stating. Our software only allows administrators to change groups of members. If you're using a third-party add-on to deliver the functionality you mentioned, please contact the author for assistance.
