Posted July 11, 20222 yr Sorry to bump this, but I am having the SAME exact issue. I have gone through my payment settings as above::AdminCP > Commerce > Payments > Settings > Payment Methods > Stripe I have to manually capture and then mark my invoice as paid manually. I dont understand what I am missing here.

I dont understand what I am missing here. Do you have your IPB web hook setup within Stripe so that transactions can be passed back from Stripe to your IPB?

July 11, 20222 yr Yes I do. I went through everything I could think of to confirm I had everything correct. What does the stripe transaction developer logs say for the uncompleted transactions? It should indicate if there was an error or what happened when it was attempting to post back to IPB.
July 11, 20222 yr Author There are no errors. Thats the issue. I just have to go in and manually capture the payment, then go back to my community and mark the invoice as paid. There are no errors to fix or I would have.
July 11, 20222 yr Remember... there are multiple events that happen for each transaction. Are you seeing 3 events for a transaction and are each of them showing up as 200 OK?
