Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

The given topic which that is a part of is archived but the post was added after the topic was archived. Do you have any third party items which may add posts like this? If so, this may be causing an issue.
