Hello, I uninstalled Nexus (Marketplace) but didn't mean to. I went to try and reinstalled it as usually it uninstall on the bottom of the Applications list, but now I see it to be totally remove and no option to restore it is there. How can I restore it or readd it within this new inforsturctior of IPB now? The, "Applications not currently installed" are doesn't have it there I'm running  4.6.11,

You would need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area (or just applications/nexus if you are happy to selectively upload). You will then see it available again to install
